Group classes can be another valuable way to study the Alexander Technique. While students don’t receive as much individual attention as in a private lesson, group classes offer the benefits of observation, group activities and discussion. They can be an excellent way to get an introduction to the Technique or focus on a specialized activity. They are a valuable way to learn the Technique and can also serve as a useful supplement to individual lessons.
