I discovered the Alexander Technique as a way to resolve debilitating neck pain and tension, and not only found relief, but a system that helped improve so many other aspects of my life too (you can read the whole story here).
I teach this unique and thoughtful approach to solving harmful habits to many who struggle with their own neck, shoulder, back and hip problems, as well as to people who want help presenting themselves with confidence or a way to deal with performance anxiety effectively. I help them do the activities of their life, at home and at work, with greater ease, less pain and more connection and presence. For some, improving posture while working at the computer is of paramount importance, others want help speaking in public, and for others releasing tension to help neck or back pain is key.
